Meet Our Founder
Dwight, the visionary behind DH Insights Care, has dedicated his life to transforming the lives of people living with disabilities, working closely with the NDIS framework. His journey began at a young age when he helped care for his adopted sister with challenging behaviours and his ailing grandfather. These early experiences cultivated in him a profound sense of empathy, patience, and the importance of person-centred care, all of which align with NDIS values.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Dwight has travelled the world, gaining diverse insights and approaches to disability support. These global experiences have shaped his belief in the power of laughter, strong relationships, and empowerment as key elements in enhancing the quality of life for those he supports.
Upon moving to Australia, Dwight was inspired by the country’s strong commitment to disability inclusion, which further ignited his desire to contribute to this field. With extensive experience in working with individuals with autism and other intellectual disabilities, Dwight’s approach is characterised by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep commitment to creating environments where everyone feels valued and supported.
